Sill,?Whilst perusing the article of Captain GreenArmytage on "The use and abuse of Pessaries" in the February number of the Indian Medical Gazette, my attention was drawn to his anatomical description of the Floor of the Pelvis. The pelvic floor of course consists only of a muscular sheet, the levator ani and coccygeus muscles?you have structures above it and structures below it, and some of these pass from above to below it.
